Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong statistical analysis and mathematical skills.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for business applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production.
- Create data visualisations and dashboards for stakeholder reporting.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis.
- Document methodologies and maintain data science best practices.
- Stay current with advances in AI/ML research and apply relevant techniques.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
