Requirements
- As a Project Manager, you will be part of one of our 3 self-organizing customer teams, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of digital projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience managing digital projects in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects from brief to launch.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, development, and strategy.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned.
